Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer several flexible purchase options to meet your needs, including individual product purchases, bi-monthly subscription plans, and prepaid subscription bundles (6-month and 12-month terms).

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases (such as individual toys, apparel, or accessories) are final and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, as many items are handmade or made to order.

Bi-Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Boxes are billed on the 5th of every other month, and canceling after this date will apply to the following cycle. You can also skip a box from your account if you need to pause temporarily.

Prepaid Subscription Plans (6-Month & 12-Month)

Prepaid plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term, as discounts and shipping are calculated based on the full commitment. You will continue to receive your scheduled boxes through the duration of the prepaid period. Plans will automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled prior to renewal.
