Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and the safety of your pets, returns and refunds are not accepted on any sugar glider toys, enrichment items, or accessories. Once these items leave our shop, they cannot be restocked or safely resold.

All apparel and sugar glider-themed items are made to order and therefore non-returnable as well.

However, your satisfaction and your gliders’ safety are incredibly important to us! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
