📦 Shipping Policy

We strive to get your glider goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible! Below are the details of how and when your order will ship:

🔁 Processing Times

  • Most handmade items (toys, accessories, etc.) are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

  • Apparel and sugar glider-themed items (such as mugs, magnets, etc.) are made to order and generally ship within 3–7 business days as well. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from any toy orders fulfilled by me.

  • During sales, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

📬 Subscription Box Shipping

  • Subscription boxes generally ship every other month, but timing may vary slightly. As a one-woman team who handcrafts each box with care, some themes may take a little extra time to perfect. Your box is being made with the same high standards I’d want for my own gliders!

  • Your first box typically ships within about one week of ordering.

  • Boxes are billed and shipped automatically on a bi-monthly schedule.

  • Shipping for subscription boxes is a flat-rate for everyone at $10.95 per box.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to accommodate.

📦 Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🚨 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
